Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are all roles remote?

Yes. Every role is fully remote within the US. We bring the team together in person a few times a year.

What do you look for in candidates?

Builders who take ownership, learn fast, and communicate clearly in writing. Depth in your craft matters more than pedigree.

Do I need AI experience?

It helps, but it isn't required. What is required is curiosity and a willingness to use AI tools every day.

Do I need experience in acquisitions or private equity?

Only for the Investment Analyst role. Engineers and product specialists learn the acquisition side by working on real deals.

How do you support growth?

You'll work across products and functions, with regular feedback and room to take on more as you prove out.
